BAZRAGOD MUSIC DYNASTY

1. Who We Are

BAZRAGOD MUSIC DYNASTY is a sovereign distribution platform owned and operated by BAZRAGOD. The platform sells digital music files directly to fans. No third-party label is involved. By using this platform, you agree to these terms.

2. What You're Buying

When you purchase a track, you receive a digital audio file delivered through Telegram or made available for download. You receive a personal license to listen to the track. You do not receive distribution rights, sync rights, or rights to redistribute, resell, or commercially use the track.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by third-party providers including Stripe, PayPal, Coinbase Commerce, and Telegram. We do not store your payment card details. Crypto and peer-to-peer payment methods (TON, Cash App, Zelle, Venmo) move funds directly to BAZRAGOD via the relevant network or app.

4. Delivery

Tracks are delivered to your Telegram account via the bot, or available for download from the web. Delivery is normally immediate after payment confirmation. For peer-to-peer payment methods, delivery follows manual confirmation by the artist, typically within a few hours.

5. Account & Conduct

You agree not to share, redistribute, or resell purchased tracks. You agree not to attempt to circumvent payment, use stolen payment methods, or engage in fraudulent claims. Violations result in account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.

6. Subscriptions

Bronze, Silver, and Gold tier subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period.

7. Limitations

The platform is provided "as is." BAZRAGOD is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or service interruptions. If a track fails to deliver, our liability is limited to the price you paid for that track.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated. Material changes will be announced via the platform and to your Telegram account. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BAZRAGOD operates. Disputes are resolved through good-faith communication first; if that fails, through binding arbitration.
