Refund Policy
Digital Goods Are Final Sale
Tracks are delivered as digital audio files. Once delivered, they cannot be returned. As such, all sales of digital tracks are final.
When We Issue Refunds
We refund in three specific situations:
- Delivery failure. You paid but the track was never delivered to your Telegram account and we cannot resolve the delivery within 48 hours.
- Duplicate charges. You were billed twice for the same purchase.
- Unauthorized purchase. Someone made a purchase from your payment method without your authorization. Report this within 14 days of the charge.
Subscriptions
Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months. You retain access to tier benefits until the period ends.
How To Request A Refund
Contact us via the contact page with your order number, payment method, and a brief description of the issue. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
Crypto & Peer-To-Peer Refunds
Refunds for crypto payments (Coinbase Commerce, TON) are issued in the same cryptocurrency to the wallet you paid from. Refunds for Cash App, Zelle, and Venmo are sent back through the same app.
Chargebacks
We strongly prefer to resolve issues directly. If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, your account may be suspended pending resolution with the payment provider.
