When you use the platform we collect: your Telegram user ID and username (for account identification and delivery), your purchase history, and minimal session data needed to operate the service. We do not collect your phone number, real name, or contact list unless you provide them.

Payment Data

We do not store credit card numbers, bank details, or wallet seed phrases. Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Coinbase Commerce, Telegram) handle that data directly. We receive only the minimum needed to confirm a purchase.

Data Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Purchase records are kept for legal and accounting purposes for the period required by law. You can request deletion of personal data at any time via the contact page; we will retain only what's legally required.

You can request a copy of your data, correction of inaccuracies, or deletion. You can opt out of non-essential messages. You can close your account at any time.

Cookies & Tracking

The web side uses session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics that build profiles, or social media pixels.

Security

We use HTTPS for all traffic. Passwords are hashed before storage. Database access is restricted. We do our best, but no system is perfectly secure; use a strong password and enable Telegram two-factor auth for your own protection.
